Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
First of all, although it's a very small percentage of our clients are not satisfied with their lashes due to various reasons and mostly unrelated to our work, if it happens to you, we ask you to contact us immediately. Our most effective communication is text messages to (832) 324-9961. Our grace period is 7 days. Secondly, we will book a correction appointment at no charge and fit you in our next opening. We'll perform a correction. Thirdly and finally, if you're still not satisfied with your lashes, we'll issue a full refund.
For new and discontinued customers, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of making the first FULL SET and refill appointment. If the appointment is re-scheduled or cancelled 24 hours before the appointment, you are entitled to apply the $50 deposit towards the next appointment. However, this does not apply to "no shows". In another words, the deposit is forfeited in the event of "no shows". You may cancel the appointment by send a text message to (832) 324-9961, calling (832) 814-3125 or email to email@example.com.

You are required to notify us cancellation of appointment by phone or email 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so, you will be charged 50% of the service that was scheduled.
